Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured therapy that helps people heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. EMDR aims to transform painful memories into neutral or empowering ones, promoting emotional healing without requiring detailed talk about the trauma.
Play therapy uses the natural language of play to help children of all ages express feelings, process experiences, and build coping skills. Through toys, art, and creative activities, children work through emotions and challenges in a safe, supportive environment.
I have had the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, families and groups. I also have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and adults. My goal is to provide comfort and ease while taking your first steps to mental wellness.
